Skill endpoint field should be used and displayed only whe bot type is "root". This value is used only by a root bot to send messages to the skills.
Allowed callers could be splitted in two parts:
allowed callers with the list of allowed app ids (used by a root and a skill bot)
skills with the list of skill names and corresponding endpoints
