All things we need in the first release in story viewer

[x] Open an image story
[x] Play a video story
[x] Like a story
[x] Reply to a story

User's Own story:

[X] Delete story

Some changes applied. Now we know the exact selected carousel item in the storyitemview. So the StoryItemView now can control each slide of the FlipView. Need to bind abother property to control playbacks inside each story slide.

It is possible to automatically slide story items (Video / Image) to next item 6cd86060af1235ee97363a4b633465134026a29d Need to add some same behavior to carousels too.
