Changed dataType of String to byte[] for base64 data

Modified the String to base64[] dataType for visibility of pdf in PHR app

• Converting the base64 data to byteArray and adding it to the attachment.
• While converting to it, it has been modified into a different value.
• So changing the dataType to byte[] is working fine.
