Duplicates in AllowedIPs #72

Looking for a work-around for https://github.com/NHAS/wag/issues/67 I noticed that generated AllowedIPs contains duplicates, e.g. 192.168.5.5 which is used in DNS and MFA blocks.

This should only happen in the case you're defining a dns server and also require the dns server to have other services on it.
