Decide on a way to note which assets need this. It wont be enough to designate assets that have run through the pipeline and are synced properly. They would overlap with derivatives.

Created ndrive delete files service. Missing documentation update. Set tempary flags for service to find assets/files with during asset creation in database.

Added delete local files sevice. Added documentation for both delete local files and ndrive delete files.
