Current state After the first successful run of the Integration-ImageRefinery-pipeline, we came across some issue with the metadata.

Actions To make toe process run smoothly, a couple of changes are required. List of changes:

for the field restricted access change the type form string to list of strings
for collection change the value vascular plants to vascular-plants
in th tags field, add a key metadataTemplate with a value of __metadataTemplate_vx_x_x__

@Baeist @bhsi-snm please fill in any other things I might have missed. @PipBrewer please let us know your thoughts on these changes.

@PipBrewer this needs decided, so that it can be conveyed to NT soon, as @Baeist has started reporting bugs to NT and this needs to be part of it

Changing the name from "Vascular plants" to "Vascular-plants" is removing a potential programmatical challenge of using a blank in the link that points to the fileshares. This should not be an issue but we have apparently broken the ARS fileshare completely so maybe it is a big deal. Not allowing blanks in institution, collection, pipeline and guids would cut down on the amount of potential bug solving and code we have to do.

The restricted access field i think we dont really know yet what we want to do? I dont think it should just be a string of one user type. Although it can if a straight hierarchy for users exist.
