"have doubts" and "deducted" checkboxes should be optional for each field #25

"have doubts" and "deducted" checkboxes are now displayed for every field. For the moment, those checkboxes are doing nothing, are just "placebo". Though values are stored and we could imagine situations where they could be useful. Nevertheless, for some fields the "deducted" should't be available, such as for any verbatim field.

It should be decided by the administrators in the field configuration if those boxes are displayed.

What does deducted do and how would it be used when moving the data back to Specify?

How does have doubts do when migrating data back to Specify? Are these both for use within the platform only?
