6 months ago We have agreed that we are currently capturing requirements in the form of user stories.
So far we have captured user stories on three occasions:
- 20231107, Transcription workshop
- 20240222, Catch-up meeting for Pinned Insects
- 20240229, Catch-up meeting for Herbarium
All user stories are added to the Transcription User Stories spreadsheet on the N-drive: N:/SCI-SNM-DigitalCollections/DaSSCo/Transcription/Requirements/Transcription User Stories.xlsx

[x] We need to reach out to all stakeholders and ensure we are capturing all of their requirements for the transcription process, filling in the requirements spreadsheet. We need to get a read on how critical these requirements are and then take them to the Steering Group.
[ ] Finalisation of requirements at this stage for v1 and v2 in word document on Github. To be locked by end of September 2024 and transferred to requirements spreadsheet which will be ocntinuously updated. Overview of v1-2 and requirements (including what is not to be included) should be finalised in word document including technical requirements.
