Currently only collobj records are filtered on "publish" flag.

We should also filter media on "publish" flag for all collections.

DwCA Export Feed was modified in the following collections:

Vertebrate Paleontology
Quaternary Zoology
Entomology
Amber
Invertebrate Zoology
Ornithology
Mammalogy
Herpetology
Vascular Plant (already done)
Biocultural collection
