Redo Taxon Tree for Vascular Plants #259

In lieu of issues with accomodating homonyms for the DaSSCo project as per issue https://github.com/NHMDenmark/Mass-Digitizer/issues/434 it is necessary to redo the taxon tree for Vascular Plants.

A new taxonomy should be prepared that:

Is based on the latest taxon spine at GBIF
Does not contain fossil taxa
Synonyms are marked as is

Steps:

[x] Delete all taxa that are not already assigned collection objects
[x] Import the curated taxon spine
[x] Deal with duplicates after import

The later task (merging duplicates) has to be mediated by @Sosannah with botany staff.
