NHMA Volunteer user setup adjustments

For the current setup of volunteer users achieved from #236 there are some remaining issues and new requirements.

Currently, the following volunteer user accounts have been defined:

It turned out that volunteer1-3 use a different view definition from the base volunteer user account.

The user-specific view definition for volunteer should be used as the basis for all volunteer accounts. Further changes to the form are delineated in this document: Rettelser til Specify (003).docx
