Not able to add one particular collection object to loan form- NHMD Entomology #268

I was not able to add NHMD 28004 to a loan. In Specify 7, it appears as blank in the loan form. In Specify 6, I get a message: No Available Preparations- There were no preparations that could be used for all the requested Collection Objects. Never tried this situation before.

Though, problem could be reproduced yesterday, today the collection object in question could be added to the loan without further intervention. For documentation purpose the Error message from yesterday:
