Add Stored Under name checkbox to UI for NHMA #276

Similar to AU herbarium (#274), NHMA would like this enabled for their collections as well in Specify.

Add to Specify interface for NHMA: a checkbox to indicate which determination associated with a specimen is the stored under name. This has already been resolved for NHMD (https://github.com/NHMDenmark/DanSpecify/issues/272) and should be implemented in a similar manner for NHMA as it was by NHMD.

This issue was discussed and agreed upon with Thomas Simonsen at a DaSSCo pinned insects online meeting on 20/032/2024

This box will then be checked when importing from DaSSCo digitisation app.
