Is there a way we can be more structured about our changes to Specify interface? Do we need a description of how we use fields in different collections? A template for new collections. We need an overview of our current practices and how we would like it to be in the future.

First step: reviewing the current fields/tables in each collection. Put together a documentation of them ideally with a simple description for each.
