Specify7 Loan Form INV #303

Currently loan forms can only be generated in Specify6 and not Specify7. This needs to be fixed so that end users can generate loan forms on the web application too.

The reason for this is because the current loan form has certain features that require unsupported on the webserver.

I have already created a new loan report with the name "NHMD Standard Loan Sp7 INV" that end users can access, but it still needs some tweaking to get it to work.

I have managed to reproduce the essential features of the original Sp6 Loan form for use in Sp7 and an example is attached here: NHMD Standard Loan Sp7 INV example v1.pdf

Please evaluate and test using various loans on https://specify-test1.science.ku.dk/ and let me know what you think.

In the meantime, I will work on transferring this form and the associated record formatters to the live database, so it will be available there too.
