Protocol for Re-Imaging Specimens #126

As discussed at a Herbarium Catch-Up meeting https://github.com/NHMDenmark/Herbarium-Sheets-workstation/issues/104 We need to put our heads together to create a protocol for re-imaging specimens.

When I conduct QA for image composition, I note barcode numbers and GUIDs for specimens that need to be re-imaged in a spreadsheet N:/SCI-SNM-DigitalCollections/DaSSCo/Workflows and workstations/QA_Images/QA_Images_Issues.xlsx.

We will need to connect this with data from the Digi App to give more context for Collections Managers so that they can find the specimens that will need to be re-imaged. Therefore, we need a workflow for how this additional information will be added to the sheet and with what regularity. As a final step, we need to decide the manner and regularity with which to communicate the specimens that need to be re-imaged to our partners as all institutions.

I propose we communicate this to them once per quarter and work a schedule internally to allow for that, but I think it should be a discussion contributed to by @PipBrewer and @beckerah as well :D

@chelseagraham @RebekkaML Please do come up with a solution and suggest it. We should also consider whether we should re-image or not, however, we should certainly flag issues.

Keep this task in mind when planning what tasks you can fit into next quarter.
