Recording drawer locations in the app
Sometimes we need to know which drawer number an insect is in- are you sure you don't want this data recorded?
(It would be useful for Digitizers to capture the box drawer while digitizing. This information could be left out of the imports to Specify. In order to have the information pre-loaded in the app, we required a list. Would it be possible to obtain that information from Entomology?)
Discussion about not imaging every specimen. In the process of reaching out to other programs and so far the resounding consensus has been that programs do not skip specimens and image all in a drawer
Protocol for marking digitized specimens. Collections Managers have created a thorough and thoughtful way of marking which specimens have been digitized. We just want to establish a protocol before we institute using these templates as a part of the digitization process as it relates to how new materials are incorporated into the collection.

Butterflies - Do we need the underside of butterflies imaged? To what extent? When will we get to the point of needing to decide this
