WebSocket과 SSE (Server-sent events) 중, 어떤 기술이 더 적절할지 논의가 필요할 듯. 실시간 양방향 통신이 필요한 것이 아니므로, SSE 또는 Push Notifications를 사용하는 것이 성능상 나을 수도 있을 것으로 보임.

Spring Framework 4.2 버전부터 Server-Sent Events를 지원합니다. (ref. SseEmitter)
