Description

Hi @NHPatterson thanks a lot for developing these amazing tools! Recently I have been working on a quite challenging task in which the two modalities are very different (postMALDI AF and H&E) because our ablation marks and tissue boundary is not clear. Therefore, I am thinking of starting with an initial manual registration to help with task. I am not sure if this is compatible with wsireg and I would appreciate it if you could give some advice on that. Thanks!

Right now it is not. I would say it's on the feature map though.. wsireg only supports initial transforms as rotations or horizontal/ vertical flips at the moment. These can be very useful to get a good initialization.
