Support data migration of National Codes from DD for DPS Data Stewards

Currently the data stewards service benefit from a direct feed from together tooling and data products dedicated application which updates their code lists on DPS. When we move to editing national codes solely in Mauro - they will need to get updated code lists from Term Server (probably - but need to check which other codes they get from DD e.g. multi-level table content, classifications etc.).

Initial contact made with Data Stewards team. Gaps may need to be addressed - e.g. for classification codes that are not sent to term server

Data Stewards team has the capability to consume fhir resources to populate their internal database for use by analysts (recognising that analysts should ultimately use new term server in the longer term). We need to share some examples and details of how they can subscribe to TS. Gaps between their load and the content that gets loaded to TS by DD team still need to be explored. Metadata comparison completed - nothing of note or alar,.
