@jamesrwelch to pick up. Not urgent until we move to Migration stage.
James can do this in the Orchestrator.
Can the full text we have now be added to the template? We then add the date (??????) prior to incorporation.
This item has been retired from the NHS Data Model and Dictionary.
The last live version of this item is available in the ?????? release of the NHS Data Model and Dictionary.
Access to this version can be obtained by emailing information.standards@nhs.net with "NHS Data Model and Dictionary - Archive Request" in the email subject line.
Also, @jamesrwelch , we have discussed this before, where does the "Retired date" come from?
15/2/22 - still required.
I have retired Radiotherapy Treatment Course in Mauro in CR8000. It is now not showing in the list of NHS Business Definitions on the preview: Or in the "All Items Index" list: Where is the item? Do we have to move it?
28/2/22 - Discussion with James: drop the "Retired Date" from the profiles.
28/2/22 - we need folders for retired items as the retired text will only display on the preview / website. DMDS will provide alternative text to "The last live version of this item is available in the ?????? release of the NHS Data Model and Dictionary."
Need to check with Maxine about the retired date and the Ontoserver.
@jamesrwelch - Cath and I have a had chat and suggest the new wording for retired items:
This item has been retired from the NHS Data Model and Dictionary.
Access to the last live version of this item can be obtained by emailing information.standards@nhs.net with "NHS Data Model and Dictionary - Archive Request" in the email subject line.
Text fixed but not the folders. New ticket created for Retired Item folders #412.
The issue with retired dates has been moved to #421.
When we retire an item in Together we have a template set to say: "The last live version of this item is available in the ?????? release of the NHS Data Model and Dictionary."
When the CR is to be incorporated we use GrepWin to add the release date as we do not know that at the time of production. Some CRs have a large number of retired items, e.g. the Renal Data Set Retirement CR so this needs to be automated.
James thinks this can be done via Mauro so has asked me to create an issue for him to investigate.
