Archive Opt file #302

The archive version of the V3+ dictionary uses an opt file to produce a red banner, e.g. https://v3.datadictionary.nhs.uk/archive/DD%20Release%20June%202021/index.html

However, if you navigate through the archive version the banner is not always visible so people may forget they are in an archive version as in the example below. image

It was obvious on all views in the V3 archive dictionary as the page had a watermark, e.g. https://v3.datadictionary.nhs.uk/archive/DD%20Release%20June%202020/index.asp

I have spoken to Nicholas about this and he thinks that something can be done with the opt file to make it clear on all views that it is an archive version.

22/12/21 - potential for Data Products to help with this as part of the pipeline work
