Template text for Preparatory Items #370

Similar to #269 , when the "Is preparatory" box is ticked in our current software, the template text appear on the Change Request and on the live dictionary but the full description appears in the software. The text is "This item is being used for development purposes and has not yet been approved." image Has Mauro been set up in the same way to display this text? image

I have created a prep item in Mauro in CR8000 but the preview still shows the item definition: image image

Prep item definitions cannot be shown on the dictionary website until the item has been approved.

Also, @jamesrwelch - currently when a new prep item is created and then when the flag is unticked when the item has been approved, I tell Likin so codes are displayed correctly on the Terminology Server. Do we have to do anything when we author in Mauro or will it work OK? Just to note that the example above does not include National Codes or Default Codes.

28/2/22 - James has confirmed that codes ticked as prep items will not be displayed on the Ontoserver.
