Add search and link box to add Data Element to Attribute #453

Currently when creating a new Data Element, the Attribute link is taken from the "Linked Attributes" field in the profile. It is added as plain text so can be added incorrectly. We only know whether it is correct when we look at the preview.

We would like it to be changed Post Migration so there is a search and link box so we can can select the item and therefore know the link will work on the preview. image
