Revisit the plan to update to include the changes and have updated version with dependences.

Definition of Done: 1 - Review existing plan and associated tickets on the board 2 - Update with new tasks 3 - Update dependencies 4 - Create new tasks as per updated plan 5 - Update Risks/Issues/Benefits/Dependencies 6 - Share updated plan with stakeholders and management

This was completed last year and a new ticket will be required for 2023
