Orchestrator: Changes and pdf time #498

The time on Changes and in the pdf is different to the actual time, as below. Can the time be removed from both please as we don't want the time. The entry is for Publication date only, for example in CR1915 "Publication Date: 24 June 2024" It will cause confusion if the time remains, so needs removing. Also, we don't need the day.

No problem, we can adjust that. I've created an issue for us to track this development change and will let you know when it is completed.

This has been fixed and is on the test environment now.
