Can you please explain why the Data Elements appear as they do.

ABBREVIATED MENTAL TEST SCORE: we can edit the description
ABDOMINAL X-RAY PERFORMED REASON: says the description is undefined and there is nothing to edit
ABDOMINAL X-RAY PERFORMED TO INVESTIGATE ABDOMINAL SIGNS INDICATOR: says the description is undefined and there is nothing to edit
ABLATIVE THERAPY TYPE: says the description is undefined and there is nothing to edit

@pjmonks - I will add this for discussion next Monday. It is fine that the descriptions are showing as undefined in some items but why are there no descriptions to edit for some items?

This needs investigating as we don't know how to edit descriptions.

I have discussed this with James. This is linked to #381 . The ingest has removed the first line but the Orchestrator preview is not displaying the first line, for example ACCOMMODATION TYPE END DATE.

James will look into this with Peter.

19/08/24 - James is working on #381.

James will investigate to see if it can be resolved for migration. This does relate to #381.
