ECDS not displaying UNVERIFIED IDENTITY STRUCTURE group correctly #502

@jamesrwelch - please see https://www.datadictionary.nhs.uk/data_sets/clinical_data_sets/ecds_v4/emergency_care_data_set_version_4.html There is a strange section under "UNVERIFIED IDENTITY STRUCTURE" Can this be fixed for the next release please?

I have done a search for null and it looks like most of the CDS are affected:

07/08/24 - James will fix for the August 2024 releaes

CDS fixed, there are no longer nulls in the affected data sets. Issue closed.
