Multiple Attributes linked on a Data Element in preview in the Orchestrator #506

Open KatePalmerLilley opened 1 month ago

In CR8003 - Kate Test 1 I have created a default term/ code called "Test" and linked it to a data element code set.

Navigate directly to the attribute and you will see the code: image

Navigate directly to the data element and you will see the code correctly listed as a default code: image

However, there are two attributes with the same name linked to this data element.

The first does not list the new "test" default code and also has the linked data element repeated numerous times: image

The second has missing information and the linked data element repeated numerous times: image

This is still pending with System C.

I have investigated this issue and I think it is related to:

The semantic links also seem incorrect here. When the Element or Attribute lists the related items, these semantic links are important to produce the correct links to items. However, since branches created from Mauro seem to produce the incorrect semantic links (compared to the ingested branches, which seem correct to me in this scenario), I think the Mauro team (@jamesrwelch) needs to first isolate these issues before the actual link output is investigated further.

I believe there is nothing else System C can do at this point, so I consider this out of scope.

@jamesrwelch - will you be able to fix this?

AngelaFaulding commented 2 days ago

@jamesrwelch will have a look at this when he has access to our test instance.

This could be the same issue as #523.
