Editing of internal DD links in HTML editor for aliases #521

377 and #388 were raised to give the ability to add links to internal links.

We need to be able to link to aliases, as below.

The functionally does not exist. Please ensure this is included.

System C's current project scope for migration to Mauro has this acceptance criteria:

ED3.7 Ability created to link to other Mauro items and external links.

We have demonstrated that this is possible. It makes no specific mention to other kinds of links, such as aliases. Therefore we consider this out of scope and would be happy to have conversations for future work.

We need to discuss this with James as it may be a big piece of work to change Mauro to do this.
