Retired Items #587

It is inconsistent where retired items are stored.

Retired items do not show the retired text as they did in Together so it is easy to select a retired item without realising.

Retired items need looking into to make them easier to control and view.

James has explained that it is not the intention to unmodel items in Mauro as we did in Together. Items are just marked as retired in the profile and everything else remains as it was. The Orchestrator ensures that links to retired items are not displayed in the preview or the live dictionary.
