Contact Details missing from the Change Request #589

Existing Change Requests have Contact Details on each CR. This is missing from the CRs generated via the Orchestrator.

The text is in the Work Item: Contact Details - For enquiries about this Change Request, please email information.standards@nhs.net.

This can be added to the Background if it can't be added to the end of the document.

This has been deployed to TEST. This is now present on the "Background" page:

The text is controlled by the "Work Item" profile, under a field also named "Contact Details".
