Merge Issues #598

@jamesrwelch - Peter tested a merge and incorporation, which failed see #198. Whilst attempting the incorporation there were 19213 issues to be resolved. There were due to the version number, which is stored in the profiled (I think, sorry I can't access Mauro to check). The screen shots show the 2 version numbers. We asked Peter which we should take and he didn't know. He said this comes from Together We obviously don't want over 19000 issues each time we incorporate. Is there any chance that this can be ignored and if not, what should we select? Thanks

15/10/24 - this may be caused by an issue with the Together files when they have been ingested. The ingest needs to be updated so the version number is not stored. Mauro could be updated not to store the version number. James can do this. All the content would need deleting and start again. This could be done on the training environment.
