Canql::Nodes::Patient::FieldExists::FIELDS 'place of delivery' is incorrectly mapped to 'nhsnumber' in https://github.com/PublicHealthEngland/canql/blob/master/lib/canql/nodes/patient.rb. It should have a canonical name of it's own.
