Add a 'pending data' option to the anomaly screening status filter

As a CANQL user I need to be able to filter case/ patient by a screening status of 'pending data' I's done

• When case query all 'pending data' in the anomaly screening status filter.
• When patient query all 'pending data' in the anomaly screening status filter.
