Description

Updated PatientMapper to map other identifier (SG6.RFF) on Patient resource when NHS number is unknown.

If the NHS number is not available, then the reference number from SG6.RFF is used (optional).
If the NHS number is available, then the reference number from SG6.RFF is not used.
