While we wait for an optimum solution to #8 using the holidays gem or rake build, I've updated the list of holidays to the end of 2019

@joshpencheon it would be useful to use this as soon as possible. Are you happy if we bump the version and release?

Yep, will sort a release (with CHANGELOG !) today. We could even just puts out a message on boot if there is less than a year into the future remaining...
