Remove blue headers #11

We no longer use blue headers, I have removed the blue headers due to comms not wanting to use them. I have also added the original sketch (design) file for reference and any future changes. Also updated the template image placeholder. Added alt text behind logo in black. Thats about it.

I can see that we've removed blue files so that they aren't used. As Paul currently wants to see his work I will merge it but further checks should go through either myself or Jason.
