Footer menu doesn't output Link Relationship #548

When adding a link to the menu area "Footer navigation area", any link relationships added do not output on the frontend. This problem does not persist in the Header menu which correctly outputs the relationships.

Expected behaviour: enter "me" for a link in the "Link Relationship (XFN) option in the menu editor. In the a tag on the frontend, rel="me" should be present.

Currently, the rel attribute is not output.

Thanks @cehwitham Nightingale v2.4.9 has a fix for this.
