Describe the bug
There's apparently a bug/issue somewhere in the Nightingale theme that causes a problem with the WPForms backend. The WPForms team did an investigation on one of our live sites and confirmed it's the theme that is causing the problem, which is essentially affecting some of the formatting as shown in the screenshot (i.e. the links at the bottom are overlaying the entries, and the top of the list is glitched). This happens on every site that WPForms is installed on and only works properly when another theme is applied. This is preventing end users from being able to click on the WPForms links.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install the Nightingale theme
Install WPForms
Create and save a test form
View the 'All Forms' section
Expected behavior
The visual glitches should not occur.
