Partnership ribbon expand arrow needs updating to sprit library arrow for consistency.

@Pro-Paul is this an update to the sprite to change all arrows or a change to the HTML to use a different arrow?

the arrow needs to be swapped to what is in the sprite section already...ie screen shot 2018-04-11 at 15 58 12
