Remove Live ribbon #222

Did not remove Live prototype ribbon correctly from the code, need to check and try again:

@Pro-Paul did you not test before making a PR?

@cehwitham I removed the ribbon and did a PR check the backlog. Somehow the ribbon has managed to find its way back into the spin-up
