Proximity of search bar and menu button in mobile layout #243

Need white space to separate the search bar from the menu buttons. At the moment they are too close.

@cehwitham @Android63 you are pointing out things that are already documented in the original design! We know there should be a space there and its in the design, but the build is not rejecting that.
