talk to your local hospital trust's IT dept about their windows XP problem and suggest NHSbuntu as a solution
connect us with application developers who would let us build-test their applications in Linux, or run them in the 'Wine' Windows Compatibility Layer.

Update README.md with link to https://launchpad.net/~nhsbuntu
Update https://www.nhsbuntu.org to add a "contact" page, there is twitter but this is hardly ideal when trying to refer NHS professionals.
