Because they don't maintain old versions, and it's fine because they guarantee backward compatibility on minor and patch versions.

I didn't notice that UP had rocky mirrors :sweat_smile: I'll change them then

Yeah, we're currently using them on the main branch (I changed them on deployment day, as they are much faster than the official mirrors).
