Update wrong information on README #77

In the README file the docker build instruction states that we should run

docker compose build .

However, this is wrong and does not work anymore.

Moreover, we should say that the error 115 upon building the database is normal, since the mysql is running the inserts.

Also, we should add instructions on how to clean the data and repopulate if the database is already populated once.
