Whenever a member is accepted into the student branch, a group of invites always needs to be manually done. It would be great to centralize and automate this process on the website. The website should automatically do the following when a member is accepted:
[ ] Add them to the active NIAEFEUP members' google group
[ ] Invite them to slack
[ ] Send them the Discord invitation
[ ] Add them to NIAEFEUP's GitHub organization (when the account is provided. Also manage this when the account is edited).
[ ] Invite them to the calendar and drive. I think the first google group should be enough for this but I'm not sure
