resolve custom track readers in the browser options #13

before adding the tracks to the browser options, iterate over the tracks to resolve the track reader based on the track type

[ ] add the GenomicsDBWebsite resolveTrackReader function to utils\tracks.tsx

trace the references to resolveTrackReader in the GenomicsDBWebsite code to see how the function is called and what values are passed as parameters
