Next.js Migration #5

Migrating the viz library to use Next.js as the framework for the test app.

In the process I was able to remove babel and webpack as dependancies!!

Also brought over the work in progress upgraded table stuff that I've been working on. The updated table can be viewed in the Next app! I could rollback this commit and do it in a separate pull request if that makes more sense to you though!
