We would like the bacterial and viral genomes and related metadata available in BV-BRC added to the NIAID Data Ecosystem.

The URL for the Data API to download all publicly available genomes and related metadata is: https://www.bv-brc.org/api/genome/?eq(public,1)&limit(COUNT,START) https://www.bv-brc.org/api/genome/?eq(public,1)&limit(100,1)
